Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about ACC Rust, its gameplay philosophy and how to get support.
Q.: How often does the World wipe?
A.: ACC Rust follows a seasonal wipe cycle. Each season lasts one month and wipes are announced in advance. Detailed information about upcoming Seasons, World changes is shared via the ACC Discord and the official ACC Rust Channels.
Q.: Is the World beginner-friendly?
A.: Yes! ACC Rust is designed to be accessible for new Players while still offering a meaningful challenge. Softcore mechanics help reduce frustration, allowing Players to learn, recover and progress without removing risk or PvP entirely.
Q.: How is toxic behavior handled?
A.: Toxic behavior is not tolerated and is regulated by clear Rules. Rust is a competitive game, but harassment, excessive toxicity and griefing are handled by moderation. If you encounter issues, you can ask for help in-game or contact ACC Support. Our goal is a fair and respectful environment for all players.
Q.: Are ACC Admins playing on the World?
A.: No.
ACC follows a strict no-admin-play policy.
Admins do not participate in gameplay and only use a dedicated admin account
for moderation, support and technical tasks. This ensures neutrality and fairness.
Q.: Can I become a ACC Server Admin?
A.: No. Admin Roles are not assigned to Players. Administration requires a high level of trust, responsibility and internal procedures, therefore these roles are handled exclusively by the ACC Staff.
Q.: How do I contact ACC Support?
A.: The primary way to contact ACC Support is via the official ACC Discord. There you can create a Ticket. Support requests are usually answered within 24 hours.
